When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 on arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. Please leave room keys in the outside lock when departing.
Is smoking allowed inside the building?
Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors (including all e-cigarettes and alternative tobacco products). Designated smoking spots with ashtrays are located on the covered terrace and at the garden fire pit.
When is the quiet night period?
Between 22:00 and 08:00, loud activities and disturbances must be avoided to respect neighbors and other guests.
Can guests receive visitors?
Visitors are permitted only by prior agreement with the owner and strictly in shared spaces. Overnight stays are reserved for officially registered guests.
Arrival, Departure & Identification
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Government photo ID must be presented upon arrival for statutory VIZA/NTAK registration.
Courtyard Security Cameras
The enclosed courtyard and parking area are monitored by a security camera system capable of and performing video and audio recording for the protection of guests, operators, and property.
Indoor Cleanliness & Kitchen Use
Indoor furniture, towels, and blankets must not be taken outdoors or to public beaches. Please keep the shared kitchen tidy after cooking.
