Frequently asked questions about pricing & booking
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible by prior arrangement subject to availability.
How is the deposit paid?
Following email or telephone consultation, we will provide bank transfer details. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance deposit.
What payment methods are available on-site?
The remaining balance and the local tourist tax can be settled on-site in cash or via instant bank transfer.
What happens if we have to depart earlier than scheduled?
According to house rules, in case of early departure before the booked period ends, accommodation fees cannot be refunded.
