Hello! I am Géza Mezei, owner and host of Borostyán Guesthouse – both literally, and in the sense that sometimes you'll find me mowing the lawn, other times welcoming arriving guests in person.
I had fallen in love with this property long before it officially became mine. A few years ago, that dream became reality, and from there began the careful restoration to create a truly warm and comfortable retreat.

Today, I operate the guesthouse together with my wife, Krisztina. We share the tasks and both work with heart and soul so that everyone who visits feels truly at home.
